HO777 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing or using the ho777 platform at ho777.ws – whether through a web browser, a mobile device, or any other means of access – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is formed at the point of registration and remains in effect for as long as you hold an active account with ho777.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the ho777 platform. Continued use after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

To register and use ho777 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Ho777 does not permit players under 18 to register, play, or accept any promotional offer under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded by ho777.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any of the above, of ho777 or its affiliated companies.

Ho777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one account at ho777. Opening duplicate accounts – even with different contact details – is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Ho777 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to update your contact or payment details.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ho777 immediately and change your password.
• Ho777 will carry out identity verification (KYC) checks on all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method.
• Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete. Providing false documentation is a serious breach that will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Ho777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payments are processed in PKR.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no upper limit to deposits, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your ho777 account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. Ho777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Ho777 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider or bank may charge fees independently of ho777 – this is outside our control.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a valid account will be returned to the originating payment method within 5 business days.

Verified players may withdraw their available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 2–6 hours depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Ho777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 for full details.
• Withdrawals associated with suspected fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited.

Ho777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance. Real money deposits are used first; bonus funds are used after the real money balance reaches zero.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is the total amount of bets you must place before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 10× or 20× the bonus amount) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, casino slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are shown in each promotion's terms.
• Ho777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn while you have an active wagering requirement, the remaining requirement must still be met for any associated winnings to become withdrawable.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed automatically from accounts.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, using shared payment methods, or any other method designed to exploit promotional offers will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.

By placing any bet on ho777, you accept the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific in-play cash-out option is available and used before the relevant event or round concludes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or betting market. Ho777 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• Ho777 uses certified random number generators for all digital casino games. Game outcomes are determined by software that cannot be influenced by any external party, including ho777 staff.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to player balances. Ho777 is not liable for any losses resulting from a technical fault where stakes have been returned.
• For sports betting markets, ho777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were priced in error, suspended markets that were inadvertently left open, or events where the outcome was known at the time of betting.
• Winnings resulting from an obvious pricing or system error will not be honoured and will be recalculated at the correct price or voided at ho777's discretion.
• All betting decisions by ho777 regarding void bets, error corrections, and results settlements are final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ho777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any ho777 game or system feature.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other multi-player game.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the ho777 account to move funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ho777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any ho777 software.

Ho777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 48-hour cooling period before they can be increased.
• Session Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified time has elapsed during a gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-ups during gameplay that show how long you have been playing and how much you have staked in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusions of 6 months or more cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a break from your account for 1, 7 or 30 days during which you cannot log in or make deposits.

Ho777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity – accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rs 500 will be deducted from the balance of dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

When an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account (including deposited real money funds) may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach – for example, at the player's own request – any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the original deposit method within 5 business days.

You may close your ho777 account at any time by contacting support@ho777.ws. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming behaviour, please let us know so we can ensure you are not re-marketed to in future and can provide appropriate resources.

All content on the ho777 platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, data and text – is the property of ho777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ho777 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these terms.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, modify or create derivative works from any ho777 content without express written permission.
• You may not frame or embed any part of the ho777 website within any other website or application.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to ho777 regarding the platform become the property of ho777 and may be used without any obligation to compensate you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ho777 and its directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ho777 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your own failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Interruption to the platform caused by factors outside ho777's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decision you make based on information displayed on the ho777 platform, including odds, statistics or game histories.

Ho777's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with ho777 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ho777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ho777.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data provided during registration and verification is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Ho777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transactional data including bet history, deposit and withdrawal records is retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by applicable regulations.
• You have the right to access the personal data ho777 holds about you by contacting support@ho777.ws.

Ho777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ho777 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Continued use of the ho777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any real money balance will be returned as described in Section 10.

The version of these terms that applies to any specific bet or transaction is the version that was in effect at the time the bet was placed or the transaction was initiated.
